Naughty and Nice

There's a bachelorette in town about to make the big leap! So the girls are throwing her a naughty and nice lingerie shower to celebrate. It's going to be a fun filled party with lots of martini's (and if it was anything like my lingerie shower, lots of laughs, too:). Cammie's wedding is planned to be a black and white affair with beautiful sunflowers so the invitations were matched accordingly. Here's to a great girls night out! Thanks for the order Suzie. Well the vacation, holidays, and the busy season of my full time job kept me away from blogging and so I'm posting this invitation a little late. But I'm back and this invitation is too cute not to share! Owls are making a comeback and why not...they are adorable! So here's to Keri Driver and her new baby girl! Thanks for the order Tiffany!

getting started

There's something difficult about starting a project. (So I've erased the second sentence at least 6 times now...lol.) But at some point, you just have to dive in head first. It's like your first time jumping into the pool by yourself. Scary, yes...but once it's over, it's so worth it! That's my feeling getting this blog started. I know that it will be the start of something great if I just do it. (Now it feels like a Nike commercial. Ha!)

For those of you who don't know me, I'm just a small town girl with a creative spirit. I currently work as a art director for a publishing firm designing travel related magazines, but I have a particular passion for paper and designing invitations. I love to get feedback and bounce ideas off other creative people. I'm so excited about sharing my thoughts/ideas and hearing yours. You can see a few samples of my previous work below. More to come!
